Description
Human B Cells are a type of white blood cell of the lymphocyte subtype. They function in the humoral immunity component of the adaptive immune system by secreting antibodies. Additionally, B cells present antigen and secrete cytokines. Use SuperBeads® Human B Cell Isolation Kit to isolate untouched and highly purified B cells from fresh or previously frozen human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) or lysed leukapheresis samples by immunomagnetic negative selection. The kit depletes other kinds of cells. The negatively isolated Human B Cells are left in the sample and have not been touched with the SuperBeads.
